Ralph F. Ringelstetter passed away on May 1, 2018, at home with a brief cancer illness. He was full throttle since he was born on October 18, 1935 in Spring Green to Alvin Ringelstetter and Lucy Weiss.
Ralph was united in marriage with Ruth Vasen, from Cross Plains, on September 3, 1956.
Saying he was a handyman, would be an understatement of his abilities, but he was never one to brag. "Figure it out, get the job done!"
He was blessed with a career at The Kraemer Company for 43 years, with 20 years as shop manager. He grew and shared his talents and retired in 2003. Ralph then moved onto more greatness, time with the church. He proudly utilized his expertise to help create happiness, where there was a need, he was the solution.
Neighbors, farmers and word of mouth had him busy pursuing his passion, before and after retirement. The little time he had set aside for himself, he enjoyed his motorcycle excursions, "the more miles the better", along with group cycle trips. Big gardens and flowerbeds and throw in some ice-fishing, he was well rounded!
He lead by example to show his children, dedication, with a little tough love can lead to great accomplishments and happiness.
Survivors include his four children, Terry Ringelstetter, Dawn Ringelstetter, Luci (Jerry) Breunig, Nick (Andrea)Ringelstetter; six grandchildren, Nathan & Jordan Schroeder, Spencer & Devin Breunig, Mia & Cameron Ringelstetter; sisters and brothers, Marlene Reuter, Sylvia Hall, Donald and James Ringelstetter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth, of 49 years in 2005, his son, Jody Ringelstetter in 1982, parents, and his sister, Joanne Bergman. Many friends will miss him as well. Special thanks to Ted Henn and Greg Frosch and a special friend Rita Brey.
