Randall R. Ballweg, age 68, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, at Riverwood Assisted Living in Wisconsin Dells. Born on August 16, 1956, he was the beloved son of the late LaVern and Maxine (Heyroth) Ballweg.
Randy grew up in Sauk Prairie, Wisconsin, where he attended Sauk Prairie High School and graduated in 1974. He later pursued higher education at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a degree in Accounting. His professional career led him to serve as a civilian accountant for the U.S. Navy in Pensacola, Florida, until his retirement. Post-retirement, Randy found joy in woodworking, crafting exquisite pergolas and outdoor furniture that showcased his creative talents.
A passionate traveler, Randy explored the corners of the globe, culminating in a remarkable journey that circled the entire world. His adventures also led him to temporary stays in Hawaii, where he embraced life amid its natural beauty.
Randy is survived by his brothers, Douglas (Myra) and Troy (Jackie Johnson), as well as his cherished nieces, nephews, and an extended network of loving aunts, uncles, cousins from the Ballweg and Heyroth families.
In accordance with Randy's wishes, private family services will be held at a later date. His family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Riverwood Assisted Living and SSM Hospice Care for their compassionate support, ensuring Randy's final days were peaceful and dignified.
Randy will be remembered for his artistic craftsmanship and adventurous heart.
