Obituary
Rodney W. Alwin, age 71, of Salem, IN. passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 2:15AM at his home.
Rodney was born May 16, 1943 in Madison, Wisconsin the son of Herman and Evelyn (Lehman) Alwin. He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company Chicago Stamping Plant. Rodney was a Master Gardner and received his degree from Purdue University.
He is survived by his wife; Carol Hagen Alwin, they were married May 5, 1989. He is also survived by his son; Eric Joseph Alwin (Alexandra) of Denver, Colorado, his daughters; Jere Alwin of Omaha, Nebraska and Nicole Alwin of Denver, Colorado, 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.
A private interment will be held at the Denzer Cemetery.
