Rolan J. "Jim" Webb, age 71, of Brodhead passed away at the Evansville Manor on Tues. Dec. 1, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born July 27, 1944 in Wright County, Hartville, Mo. to the late Glover Arnold and Nola Marie (Delk) Webb.

Jim was united in marriage to Marjorie E. Russell on Feb. 6, 1967, she preceded him in death on June 23, 1994. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army, serving 8 ½ years in Korea, South Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Jim and Marjorie were foster parents to 5 children.

Survivors include 3 brothers, Carl Webb of Boise, Id., Rondal Webb of West Plains, Mo., Farris (Purn) Webb of Paducah, Ky., one sister, Barbara Hurt of Belfield, Nd., several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by 2 older brothers, Doral Webb and Carson Webb.
As per Jim's wishes no service will be held. Interment of his cremains will be held in the St. Barnabas Catholic Cemetery, Mazomanie, WI.
