Ronald “Ron” Kindschi - March 22, 1940 – October 3, 2026
If you are reading this, it means I have moved and am no longer here on this earth. I have looked forward to this move and my new residence ever since I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior six plus decades ago.
But since this document is traditionally a scenario of one’s life, here it goes:
I was born into a Sauk Prairie farm family with my father, Harry Kindschi, my mother, Arlene Kindschi (Wagner), sister Marlene (Meyer) and brother Verne. I married the love of my life, Donna Leister in 1963. This pairing resulted in two offspring, Mark (Kim) and Janet (Brian) Shoener. Mark and Kim produced two spectacular granddaughters, Alexandra and Victoria.
Now, what did this guy do for 8.6 decades riding this earth ball circling the sun?
For my Savior, Jesus Christ, I was involved in many ministries over the decades living with him as my savior. These included children’s ministries such as AWANA director, Bible school, and other similar involvements. And adult ministries such as board member and chairman, technical director and other special projects at my church.
As for how I spent my time to get paid for – I was an electrical engineer. During this time I designed technical instrumentation used in various research projects and in latter years, designed micro focus cabinet x-ray systems for industrial use.
Throughout these years much business travel, both here and abroad, ensured to visit customers. On many of these trips I took my bride along and we played tourist as well while visiting 30 different countries.
My biggest adventure is the one I have always looked forward to and have now embarked on. And this is one anyone can join me on by simply asking Jesus Christ to be their savior and a trip to heaven is assured to once again see those that have preceded us into this new home for eternity.
I would like to thank Agrace for their incredible care and especially Kevin and Mary with Agrace for their amazing care for me and the staff and many friends I have made at the Pines Senior Living Apartments in Prairie du Sac.
There will be a private, family celebration of my life in the new future. In lieu of flowers I ask that memorials be made to Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg, WI in memory of me.
