Obituary

Ronald W. Lindgren, age 83 ,passed away Feb. 19, 2018 peacefully at his home surrounded by family. He was born on Dec. 12, 1934 in Illinois the son of Gustav and Ethel (Tiggelaar) Lindgren. He was united in marriage to Eleanor Glas on July 11, 1964. He was mostly self-employed as he owned Red's Bait and Tackle, the Bridge Restaurant, and The Bridge Motel. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, his family, taking care of his yard, and going to the casino.

Ron is survived by his wife, Eleanor Lindgren; 3 children, Bill Bybee (Kelly Stoflet) of Pardeeville, Lorraine Strege (Jon Hagen-"EZ") of Lyndon Station, and Frank Lindgren of Lodi; 8 grandchildren, Amber Bybee(Raymond) of Sun Prairie, Angelica Bybee ( Chloe) of Sun Prairie, Cory Walton of Lacrosse, Tiffaney Walton (Lee) of Abbottsford, Felicia Serino (Leon) of Wisconsin Dells, Micheal Palermo of Illinois, and Tabitha (Warren) of Illinois; 11 great grandchildren, Rayeana, Atiyana, Ciara, Hailee, Annye, Payton, Hope, Autumn, Austin, Kayden and Demetrius.

He was preceded in death by his youngest daughter Rita Lindgren on Feb. 19, 2017, his mother and father, and brothers and sister.

A visitation will be held at Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water Street, Sauk City Wi. on Saturday, Mar. 3, 2018 from 12:00 noon until 3:00 pm.
