Seth E. Brockmann, 35, of Mazomanie, succumbed to liver disease on Sunday, June 10, 2018.  Seth was born on October 17, 1982, to parents Randy Brockmann and Kerri Roberts.  He graduated from Wisconsin Heights High School in 2001. He was a person that could always put a smile on the face of anyone in which he came into contact.

Throughout his life, Seth's unique personality and big heart generated many meaningful relationships. He took every opportunity to spend time with friends, family, and above all, his two children, Jameson and Levi. For Seth, the happiness of his children was always at the forefront.  Seth was always willing to help his friends and family. After Seth's grandfather passed away, Seth helped care for his grandmother, Cleo, whom he cared for deeply and had a special bond.

Some of Seth's hobbies included playing video games, attending concerts, and watching football (Seth was a lifelong, die-hard Oakland Raiders fan). He was one of a kind and will be sorely missed by all.

Seth is survived by the love of his life, Athena Lockwood and their son, Jameson;  his son Levi, and Levi's mother, Amber Warren and Levi's brother, Isayah Diaz; parents, Randy Brockmann (Jackie Boettcher) and Kerri Roberts (John Beuthin); brother, Tim (Tracy) Drager and nephew, Thomas; sister, Krista Drager; grandparents Cleo Brockmann, Cecil and Shiryl Roberts and LuEtta and Eric Miller; great grandmother Shirley Starczynski; aunts and uncles Jim (Valerie) Brockmann, Tim Roberts;  Kelly (Dave) Hanson; Brett (Shawn) Stampfli, and Michelle (Wesley) Starkey; cousins Kyle (Stacy) Brockmann (Lucas), Shelby (Lee) Everett (Gwen), Jared Roberts, Taryn and Katelyn Hanson, Jaden, Landen and Macy Stampfli, Hayden Forbes, Chyenne, Christopher and Cadence Starkey; a great aunt (greater than most) Brenda Wood and stepmother Linda Brockmann; close friends of the family, Amanda and Aliesha Kjorlie, Bill Kjorlie (Laurie Sand), Gloria Moore (Tamra Oman, Marvin and Linda Warren; he was also blessed with many friends that he loved and trusted like family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Harris Brockmann, great grandparents, and childhood friends, Kyle Roth and Justin Kahl.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on June 19, 2018 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 8775 State Rd., 19 Mazomanie.  A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on June 18, 2018 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Hwy 14 West, Mazomanie.  Visitation will continue the morning of the service at the church, one hour prior to the service.

Seth's family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the entire Transplant Department and I.C.U. Staff at Froedtert Hospital for all their wonderful care.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established for Seth's children.
