Shari M. Budde, age 61, passed away Friday, July 17, 2009 at Hospice Care in Fitchburg. She was born in Columbus, WI., April 26, 1948, the daughter of John and Lorraine (Beck) Roberts. She was united in marriage to Philip E. Budde on September 7, 1968. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Survivors include her husband, Philip E. Budde of Merrimac; three children, Philip J. (Sally Knuth) Budde of Baraboo, Andrew (Shelly) Budde of Brookfield and Megan (Kevin) Wetley of New Lisbon; her mother, Lorraine Roberts of Sauk City; a brother, John (Stephanie) Roberts of Middleton; a sister, Wendy Roberts of Madison; four grandchildren, Taylor, Quinn, Ethan and Rylan; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John Roberts. A visitation will be held at Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM. Pastor Anita Genrich will officiate.Memorials may be directed to Hospice Care Inc., Fitchburg.
