Sharon M. "Peach" Joyce, age 66, died Thursday, May 19, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison, after a long illness. She was born on July 12, 1944, in Dubuque Iowa, the daughter of the late Edward and Josephine (Blum) Geasland. She was united in marriage to Joseph Joyce on April 17, 1971.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph; three children, Vicky Joyce, Jason (Jennifer) Joyce and Jeremy (Jody) Joyce; six grandchildren, James , Zach, Megan, Emily, Brandon and Devon; brothers, Don (LaVon) Geasland and Chuck ( Elke) Geasland; sister, Darlene Thorpe; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.



A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, 702 Emily Rd., Mazomanie. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service, on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
