Shirley Mae Pinnt, age 78, went to be with the lord on Monday, September 12, 2011. She was born September 15, 1932 to the late Wilber F. and Altha R. (Srussenburg) Jacobs. Shirley married Ronald Pinnt June 28, 1953. She was a Lutheran pre-school and kindergarten teacher. Shirley loved to quilt, she was a member of the Town and Country Quilters and the Lucky Homemakers and helped start Project Linus in the Sauk Prairie area. She loved to volunteer at the Head Start Program and the Sauk Prairie Historical Society, among others.

Shirley is survived by her best friend and husband of 58 years, Ronald.

4 children; Steve (Judy) of Hastings, Mn; Dean of Sauk Prairie; James (Linda) Oconomowoc, and Mary (Mike) Davy, of Rubicon. 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.

A brother; Richard (Gwen) Jacobs, sisters; Ginny (Jim) Skutt, and Judy (Russ) Bausher. Brothers in-law; Walter Pinnt, and Vern (Betty) Pinnt; Sister in-law, Charlotte Teuscher.

A private family service will be held, with interment in the Otter Creek Cemetery.
