Stephen H. Sutherland died unexpectedly on Sunday, October 22, 2023. He was born on December 28, 1984, in Madison to Dean Sutherland and Cheri Hannay.

Stephen graduated from Edgewood High School. He moved back home to help care for his father with Dementia.
Stephen always knew how to make people laugh and had a good sense of humor and was a devoted son, brother, and uncle.

He loved spending time playing football with his nieces and nephews and being with his family and friends.

Stephen is survived by his mother, Cheri Hannay, his brother Michael (Trisha) Sutherland of Mazomanie, his sister Meg (Bryant) Gill of Mineral Point, his brother-in-law, Nick Schulze of Fall River, and one nephew and three nieces, as well as many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Sutherland and his sister, Aricka Schulze.
