Steve J. Andrews, age 84, passed away January 13th, 2025, at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital.

Steve was born on October 20th, 1940, in Chicago, IL. Growing up in the "good ole days" made for unique experiences and unforgettable stories.

He was united in marriage to Joanne (Beusse) Andrews on June 4th, 1971.

Steve was employed as a Freight Manager/Inspector at a trucking company in the city of Chicago for 40 years; a proud Teamster. After moving to Wisconsin with his wife, Joanne, in 1995 and managing Sauk Prairie's Piggly Wiggly for 10 years, Steve was able to enjoy a 20-year retirement pulling pranks on grandma with his grandkids.

He enjoyed pan fishing year-round, playing slots at the casino, and causing trouble alongside his grandkids.

Steve is survived by his wife, Joanne; his two sons, Steven (Melissa) Andrews, Danny Andrews; three grandchildren, Alexis (Jeremy) Sauer, Dylan Andrews, Nolan Andrews; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 18th, 2025, at Hooverson Funeral Home in Sauk City, WI. A visitation will be held from 11:00am until the time of the service on Saturday.
