Tammy Lynn Mazerek, age 36, of Reedsburg passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. She was born May 31, 1973 at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital. Tammy attended Sauk Prairie High School. She was baptized at St. John's Lutheran Church in Leland and confirmed at Honey Creek Methodist Church in Honey Creek Township. She was united in marriage to Claude Mazerek on August 1, 1994. She enjoyed spending time with her family and many nieces and nephews. She enjoyed all kinds of music and loved to sing.

She is survived by her parents, Roman and Karen Pagel of rural Lodi. Three daughters,

Further survived by many aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Harold and Laura Pagel and Roy and Carolyn Johnson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 11am at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME IN Sauk City with Pastor Becky Henke officiating. Friends may call on Friday. June 26 from 4pm until 7pm at the funeral home and on the day of service one hour prior.
