Terry Jon Manegold, 65, passed away suddenly at his home in Prairie du Sac from complications of cancer. Terry was raised in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and attended Wauwatosa East High School. He graduated from UW-LaCrosse before working in industrial sales for large firms in Milwaukee and Beaver Dam. He moved on to work in freight brokering for smaller trucking firms first near Beaver Dam and then in the Sauk City area, where he retired in 2016.

For years Terry enjoyed spending weekends at his trailer and visiting with friends at campgrounds near the Dells. He tended bar there and in Sauk City during retirement, rooting for all Wisconsin sports teams.

He is survived by his loving brothers and sisters: Mike (Sandy) Manegold of Greenville, SC; Bonnie Koerner of Sussex; Kathy True of Brookfield; Tim (Barbara) of Elm Grove; as well as niece Kate and nephews Todd, Neal, Kyle, Cory, Phillip and Sam. He was preceded in death by his parents (Phillip and Elaine) and a brother James (Rochelle Katz) Manegold of Los Angeles.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 11th, from 11:00 am until1:00 p.m. at the Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City, WI.
