Terry Ann Meili

Terry A. Meili, age 75, passed away on April 10, 2026, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 12, 1950, in Madison, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Harold and Ardys (Morrow) Buelow. Terry was raised in Mazomanie, and attended Wisconsin Heights schools, graduating in 1969.

She married the love of her life, Bill Meili on June 5, 1971, at St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Mazomanie. They lived most of their married life in Mazomanie where they raised their daughter, Whitney. Terry worked at General Casualty in Sun Prairie in the accounting department for years. During the time they lived in Illinois she worked at Chicago Title as a closer. A job she enjoyed very much. Upon returning to Mazomanie, she worked at Wick Buildings and various other places in accounting.

Terry was an unbelievable cook and enjoyed making great meals for her family. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She loved all her grandchildren and enjoyed her time spent with them. Terry is survived by her daughter, Whitney (Tim) Hague, seven grandchildren: Kalen (Alexis), Jarrett (Maddie), Lily, Molly, Shyla, Rhylynn, and Hayden. She is also survived by her aunt, Doreen Wages and special cousin, Krystal Wages and many other cousins.

The family would especially like to thank the staff at Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab as well as the doctors and nurses who cared for Terry while she was at St. Mary's Hospital. Their compassionate care was a great comfort to Terry's family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Midland Methodist, 10235 County Road, Mazomanie, Wisconsin. Visitation is from 4:00-6:00 pm, with the service at 6:00 pm.
