Frosch
March 8, 1960 – February 12, 2023
Todd Joseph Frosch, age 62, passed away peacefully at Casa de Oakes in Reedsburg on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2023. He was born Mar. 8, 1960 to the late LaVerne and Esther (Haas) Frosch. Todd grew up and attended Sauk Prairie Schools. Todd participated in the Special Olympics, excelling in Bowling and Swimming. He was passionate about music and dancing and loved his Green Bay Packers. He always looked forward to his weekend outings for pizza and burgers with his buddies, Rusty, Rick, and Scott. Todd was lucky enough to live with his brother Tim (Melinda) for 15 years before he moved to Reedsburg. Todd worked in the assembly and shipping at VARC in Reedsburg for many years.
He is survived by his siblings, Ken (Sharon) Frosch, Glen "Butch" (Bonnie) Frosch, and Tim (Melinda) Frosch; a special brother in-law, Robert "Bob" Shower; and his nieces and nephews who meant the world to him, Marc (Tracey), Keith (Kellie), Jodi (Eric), Brigitte (Steve), Jeremy (Sarah), Bryan and Jarrett. Todd is further survived by other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Shower.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 115 Madison St., Sauk City. A visitation for Todd will be held on Friday, Feb. 17, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City and the morning of mass from 9:30 am until 10:45 am at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the St. Aloysius Cemetery.
Todd's family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the community of Sauk Prairie who looked out for Todd, and because of that he had a great life . We would also like to thank all of his Special Olympic coaches, especially Dale, Mary Lee and Tammy. The family also appreciated the staff at Casa de Oakes for their excellent care during his 4 1/2 years in Reedsburg.
