IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tony J
Ring
September 11, 1965 – October 28, 2024
Tony Ring, 59, of North Freedom, WI, passed away on October 28, 2024, due to complications from diabetes. Born on September 11, 1965, in Madison, WI, Tony was the cherished son of John and Meredith Ring. He grew up alongside his two younger sisters, Traci and Tami, and had the joy of meeting his 'surprise' sister, April, this past summer.
A proud graduate of Sauk Prairie High School in 1983, Tony pursued his passion for hospitality and tourism at Southeastern Academy in South Carolina. His adventurous spirit drew him outdoors, where he enjoyed hunting trips with family and friends, embarked on memorable road trips, and captured life's moments through photography. He particularly loved teaching his daughter, Randi, the art of jumping into swimming holes, creating lasting memories filled with laughter.
Tony was a jack of all trades, with a career that included landscaping and building golf courses during his time in California. More recently, he took pride in serving customers at St. Vincent de Paul in Prairie du Sac, where he enjoyed the camaraderie with his coworkers.
A modern-day troubadour, Tony was prolific in his creativity, filling countless notebooks with song lyrics, poetry, and reflections that expressed his vibrant spirit. He leaves behind his beloved daughter, Randi Ring, as well as his loving parents, John (Barb) Ring and Meredith Ring, sisters April (John) Joyner, Traci Ring, and Tami Ring; Also nieces and nephews; Amanda, Megan, Tristan, Ashton, and Ryan.
