William K. Bell, age 77, died on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie. He was born in Madison on November 5, 1934, the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Bennett) Bell. He married Suzanne Forrest on August 12, 1961. She preceded him in death on April 12, 1994.

He is survived by a son, Michael, and a daughter, Kathy (Ed) Walch; four grandchildren, Jarrett, Quentin, Alison, and Sydney; five siblings, Roberta, Emmy(Jerry), Linda (Bob), Steve (Gladys), and Brian(Karin); Brothers in-law, Jim, Bill (Lora) and a sister in-law Elaine Forrest. Other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, John.

A memorial gathering will be held at the LACHMUND-CRAMER V.F.W. CLUBHOUSE, 700 VFW Drive, Prairie du Sac, at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 17, 2012, with a luncheon to follow.
