William C Carroll, age 55, passed away on May 20th, 2024, at U.W Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born on July 31st, 1968, in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The youngest child of Donald and Karen (Flitsch) Carroll.

Bill grew up in Prairie Du Chien where he attended school at St.Gabriel's elementary and graduated from Prairie du Chien High school. He spent his youth swimming and diving for clams in the Mississippi and hunting in the bluffs.

Bill moved to Madison where he met and married Nora (Burt) on August 22nd, 2009. Bill was a parent to Nolan (Lesniewski) and Gabriel. Bill was a dedicated lab technician for The American Red Cross for over 22 years where he was awarded numerous certificates of excellence.

Bill enjoyed long walks in the woods, collecting and listening to good music of all genres and watching his boys in their sporting events.

Bill is survived by his wife, Nora, his children Nolan and Gabriel, his sister, Sarah and his brothers, Dan and John.

A graveside committal ceremony will be held at 3:00 pm on Aug. 3, 2024 in the Sauk City Cemetery.
