Yetta M. Peterson, age 84, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015, surrounded by her family, at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie. She was born on July 15, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the late Michael and Lydia Brunner. Yetta was united in marriage to Jackie Peterson on January 17, 1950. Together they were lifetime farmers of Arena Township.



She is survived by her three children, Sandra, Barbara Schmidt and William (Wendy) Peterson; 3 grandchildren, Kari (Derrik) Harrison, T.J. Peterson and Tyler Peterson; three great grandchildren, Lexi, Brayden and Riley; two sisters, Pat Peterson and Sharon Blei; and other relatives and friends.


In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, James and Timothy and her siblings, Eugene, Dick, Donnie, JoAnn, Betty, Bob, Michael.


A Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Hooverson Funeral Home , Mazomanie, WI with Pastor Rob Nelson officiating, Burial will follow in the Arena Cemetery. A visitation will be held, at the funeral home, on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until noon.
